Animal & Land Communication

They may not use your words. That doesn’t mean they have nothing to say.

You know your animal. You notice the little things — when something feels different, when their behavior changes, when the connection shifts, or when there’s simply something you can’t quite explain.

Sometimes you have a question.
Sometimes you’re searching for understanding.
And sometimes you just want to know what they would say if you could ask.

That’s where we listen.

Why people come

Sometimes you just know there’s more to the story.

You don’t need to have a crisis or a problem to communicate with your animal. Sometimes there’s something you want to understand. Sometimes something has changed. And sometimes you simply want to know them more deeply.

  • 01Behavior or sudden changes
  • 02Understanding needs, preferences, or emotions
  • 03Strengthening the animal-human relationship
  • 04Preparing for or adjusting to life changes
  • 05Questions about other animals, people, or their environment
  • 06Animals who have passed
  • 07General check-ins and curiosity

Whatever brings you here, the conversation starts with listening.

01 — The conversation

Connection doesn’t require being in the same room.

Animal Communication sessions are performed by Matt and Kodi through intentional telepathic communication. You do not need to be physically present with your pet/animal during the connection.

After purchasing your session, we’ll ask you to send a clear photo of each animal you’d like us to communicate with. Please send one animal per photo, with the animal’s full face or head clearly visible. The photo does not need to be recent.

That’s enough for us to begin.

For an Animal Communication session, we’ll need:

  • ✓A clear photo of your animal
  • ✓One animal per photo
  • ✓Their full face or head visible
  • ✓Your questions or what you’d like to explore

The photo doesn’t need to be current, and neither you nor your animal needs to be present with us during the communication.

How we’ll connect

Sessions are typically held live through Zoom, giving you the opportunity to be part of the conversation, ask questions, and explore what comes forward in real time. Your private Zoom link will be sent to you before your scheduled session.

If Zoom isn’t convenient or reliable internet isn’t available, sessions can also be held by phone.

02 — Animal Communication

Choose the conversation that fits.

After purchasing, you’ll receive instructions for submitting your animal photo(s), your questions, and any other information we need.

03 — Land Communication

Every piece of land has its own story.

Land is more than the ground beneath us. It’s a living ecosystem of water, trees, animals, people, history, movement, and relationship.

Sometimes a property feels peaceful and alive. Sometimes something simply feels off.

You may notice changes in animal behavior. Recurring disruption where you’re trying to create stability. Patterns involving the property, animals, water, or environment that leave you wondering whether there’s more happening beneath the surface.

And sometimes there’s no problem at all — you simply want to better understand the land you’re responsible for.

That’s where Land Communication begins.

You might explore Land Communication if…

  • —Something about the property consistently feels unsettled or out of balance
  • —Animal behavior has changed or animals seem to respond differently to particular areas
  • —You notice recurring patterns of disruption on the property
  • —You’re experiencing changes involving animals, vegetation, water, or the broader environment that you want to explore from another perspective
  • —You’re moving onto new land or entering a new relationship with a property
  • —The land has a history you’d like to better understand
  • —You feel strongly connected to the property and want to understand what it may need

You don’t have to know exactly what’s happening before reaching out. That’s what the consultation is for.

How Land Communication works

Start with the land. Listen to what comes forward. Build the plan from there.

  1. 01 — Free Consultation

Every Land Communication project begins with a free consultation. We’ll talk about what you’ve been noticing, what you’re experiencing on the property, and what you’d like to better understand.

Matt and Kodi will also use this initial connection to begin checking in with the land and determine whether Land Communication may be appropriate for the situation.

  2. 02 — Create the Game Plan

After the consultation, Matt and Kodi will determine the recommended scope of the work.

Because every property is different, we’ll create a customized plan that outlines the recommended number of sessions, what we intend to explore, and the price before any paid work begins.

You’ll know what we’re recommending before deciding whether you’d like to move forward.

  3. 03 — Listen to the Whole Ecosystem

Depending on the property and what comes forward, Matt and Kodi may work with the land privately across multiple sessions.

The communication may explore the land itself as well as the water, trees, animals, environmental relationships, history, and other elements of the ecosystem that may be relevant.

We may request photographs of the property and/or the property address as part of this process.

  4. 04 — Findings + Next Steps

Throughout the process, we’ll schedule Zoom conversations with you to share what we’re finding, discuss what we’re exploring, and identify any practical steps you may be able to take in support of the property.

Land Communication is collaborative. Some of the work happens through Matt and Kodi’s private communication sessions, and some may involve actions or changes the property owner can make themselves.

The goal isn’t to control the land. It’s to listen well enough to understand your relationship with it.

No commitment. We’ll start by listening to what’s happening and determine together whether Land Communication is the right next step.
